Shipping

It is our aim to dispatch all mainland UK orders within 24hrs (subject to availability of stock & your payment being processed). Items should arrive with UK customers within five working days. (Not including weekends & bank holidays). Unless otherwise requested, we use Royal Mail recorded delivery. A signature will be required on delivery of your shoe. If you are not home, a card will be posted through your door explaining how to obtain your parcel All deliveries outside the UK will be sent via international overseas signed for delivery.

Delivery Charges

UK (Channel Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Wight):
Standard delivery – (3 -5 working days) – Free postage
Special delivery – (By 1pm next day) – £10.95

Orders must be with us by 12 noon for next day delivery, otherwise delivery will be the following day.

Europe, Northern Ireland and all other UK offshore islands:
Standard delivery – (5-10 working days) – £10.95
Multiple pair’s – (5-10 working days) – £16.95

Worldwide delivery:
Standard – (7-14 working days) – £18.00
Multiple pair’s – (7-14 working days) – £27.00

Non EU dispatches:
As we have no control over customs import duties outside the EU. You will be responsible for any custom or import duties levied once the parcel reaches its destination country.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily accept within seven working days of you receiving your item. Please email our sales department to notify us of the intended return, quoting the order details & date purchased returns.

– Please return shoes unworn & in the same condition / Packaging that they were received in. We are unable to accept items that have been worn, unless faulty.

– You will be responsible for the postal cost of returns. However, we will refund the cost of postage on any faulty goods.

– Please send items via a recorded delivery postal service as we are unable to refund any item that has not arrived to us.

If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size simply follow the returns policy, and make a new purchase. (This is the quickest way to obtain your new pair of shoes & we will gladly refund you for the first purchase).

In the unlikely event of your shoes arriving faulty or damaged, we will refund your postage & replace the shoes as soon as possible.
